Low Lights

by Malcolm, under Poetry, Uncategorized

Low lights

Snake bites

Dead to rights

Burning kites

Getting dimmer

Chicken dinner

Thoughts slimmer

Glib gold rimmer

Almost dark

Didn’t park

Missed the mark

Ate the lark

Shadows fall

The mask appalled

Be for the great honor

Onto the crest and all
